manager to i9dentify, face and overcome from the various problems at the workplace
(Ermasova, N. and et.al., 2018). A professional manager holds a highest standards so their
workers will always listen to them and give their best in the task.

There are many management practices which can be used by the manager of the Boots.

Managers of the company provide training to the employees which helps them to
increase their skills and potential.

They provide rewards to the employees when they do well in their task and it helps to

Managers encourage employees to improve quality of the products and services.

Frederick Taylor's Theory of Scientific Management
According to the Taylor’s theory of knowledge based management aimed at, improving
economic efficiency, especially labor productivity. Taylor had a simple view about, what

a, fair day's pay for a fair day's work, and that pay, should be linked to the amount produced.
