I have witnessed that there are diverse skills that need to be referred effectively from
me being a manager at TUI. I am acknowledged of leadership skills but I am not so
good at decision making process.
It creates issue for me so I need to ensure about it in effective manner so that goals and

skills is very high which assist in sustainable development so that long term

I am good at interpersonal, motivation and communication skills which allows me to
have conversation with diverse experts. I am also well aware of planning skills which
allows to me to design better activities for continuous improvement.
By having an advance planning the number of issues can be discussed effectively so
that long term sustainability can be advanced. The learning that I am receiving from
this course is also an added advantage to my capabilities and abilities. It means by
having proper knowledge about subject I can easily deal with issues for sustainable

Strength
I am good at communication skills which allows me to advance the level of interaction
with members. It allows to me to ensure that information is being shared with members
in appropriate manner for sustainable opportunities. I am also self confidence which
allows me to make sure that I am well focused towards work activities.

I am not well knowledgable about stress management activities which impacts my work
activities. It has also been noticed by me that I face struggling situation while having an
operation within organisation because of lack of time management skills.

Opportunities
I can focus on number of activities which allows to advance the level of managerial
skills. By having an improvement in technical and managerial skills I can boost my
career opportunities. It will allow to complete task in desired manner so that goals and
objectives can be accomplished in desired manner.
Threats
In current market the ratio of competition is very high so it is one of critical task for me
to sustain effectively in market. Person that holds better inter-personnel skills and other
positive aspects will have better opportunities in the market which might be a threat for
me so I need to ensure about the subject.

targets
In order to overcome the weaknesses and use strength for sustainable development, I
need to focus on diverse strategies. It is significant for me to ensure that I have
designed better objectives in order to develop opportunities. For example, I will try to
take impressive grades in my course so that better learning regarding subject can be
attained.
Along with this, I can also focus on training and development program to enhance time
management skills till end of year 2017. By the end of year 2017 the advancement in
leadership capabilities through learning program is also significant aspect for company.
I will also focus on learning about diverse tools which assist in improving the working
of hospitality sector.
