Robert L. Katz stated in a research that the chief skills of a manager are related to the

(2014) stated that the technical skills of a manager help the same in acquiring a job specific

are undertaken by the business while correlating to the environmental needs. The technical skills
of the manager assist the same in maintaining the efficiency of the production, distribution

efficiency of the operations in accordance to the changing business environment. The different
modifications in the organization help the same in continuing the efficiency of the operations
while operating in diverse economies.
The conceptual skills of a manager helps the same in undertaking brainstorming sessions
in order to solve the complex issues in an organi8zation related to productivity and profitability.
The conceptual skills of a manager help an organization in gaining competitive advantage over
the other players in the markets. In this relation, Redmond and Dolan (2016) opined that the
different changes that are undertaken by organizations are dependent on the conceptual skills of
the manager. The delineation of the conceptual skill helps a manager in identifying the business
environment and the subtle modifications that might be undertaken by the business in order to
gain a competitive edge.
Therefore, from the above discussion it might be stated that the three chief skills helps a
manger in influencing the organization positively in accordance to the business environment
faced by the same. The skills would help the managers in maintaining the efficiency of the
operations in an organization and thereby resolve the different issues for upholding the
