develop these skills.
The first skill which I developed during a management course is a leadership. It is stated that I
have invested my ability to help in bringing out the best in myself and in others. I had grown up
this is kill by taking initiative is a during my course. I stepped out from my comfort zone and
face a several of the challenges a in making improvement in myself. Along with this I had
develop my thinking critically as it it has been founded at all the organisations look for a critical
thinker to be hired for a a high profile job. Critical thinking skills in myself make me e leader
who can solve the potential problems before they happen. Because of the leadership skills I can
act as persuasive and encouraging mentor who help others for the purpose of going beyond their
expectations.

Another skill which I developmental during my management course is a entrepreneurial skills.
It helped me in turning the vision into a reality. Buy these skills I am able to start my own
business and became the founder of startup. The course gallup creativity in myself which is
considered as the root of entrepreneurship. It help me me in developing my skills as such I I
don't learn to walk by following rules but I learn by doing and by falling over. I also learn to
deal with the challenges in the business organisation. Along with this it also make me
understand able about the basic Finance which is necessary to manage and Run my own
company.

Week 3

develop these skills.
I develop conflict management skills as well during my management course. At workplace
it is not possible for all people to agree in the same kind of settings. Disagreement while
taking any decision at workplace results in a little bit conflict which arise in management.
For solving these issues I have learnt some De escalation strategies by giving them proper
time to understand several perspectives which can followed in the organization. Along with
this I planned to stay calm and recognize the conflict in an effective manner so that a
positive attitude is a maintained at workplace.

I also develop the skill of negotiation while pursuing my management course. It is well known
that nothing life comes free it means that the individual have to perform work if they want to
achieve anything. It is necessary to have a the skills which is being able to state a what I want in
a persuasive and respectful manner. These skills Range from being able to listen to find the
compromise in a fair and professional way. These skills were developed by taking the proactive
approach to the negotiation training. These skills get improve by practices. I develop this skill in
an effective manner as I got a good negotiation coach. I prepare myself for these skills by
understanding the situations completely.

Strategic thinking is the another scale which I develop during my management course.
These skills remove the need of a fully fleshed out strategy to be a strategic. Strategic
thinking is a continuous process of strategizing. Interstate me that when playing in an
organisation I have to plan ahead be bold but intentional and continuous improvement in
my practices depend on what I have learnt. I planned for such skills by looking for the
solutions of several of problems. Along with this it is necessary for me to listen to The

Every organisation want to complete the task in an effective and efficient manner. By
developing the skills of project management I can manage the project as per the
requirements of organisation. Any endeavor which is limited in time and has a particular
goal can be considered as project such as learning new skills getting promoted building a
house and many more. Project management are the skills which helped me in defining
planning organising leading and controlling the project and other activities related to the
project. I reached at my goal by making proper plan while tracking progress being strategic
with the use of several resources.

Time management is the skill which help the organisation in completing the project on
time. It is necessary for the manager of organisation to make sure about the the
computation of task within the given time period. I need all of these skills during my
management course by prioritization, planning, stress management, goal setting,
communication and many more. Some of techniques which help me in improving my time
management skills include scheduling my task and deadlines, organising my workplace,
learning about my productivity pattern, reinforce the good habits, by focusing on one task
at a time and many others.

Effective communication skills are the best skills for a manager as they have to manage all
the task and workforce as well at workplace. I have develop my communication skills by
considering a fundamental life skill. Maybe it is not possible to have a perfect ability for

conveying the information but as I worked over it, it help me in creating the personal
relationship with the several of employees at the workplace for improving my confidence
and which really really boost my career. I develop these skills while I was pursuing my
management course by communicating the task with my team members and the staff
members.
