productivity. I motivate employees by providing them incentives based on their performance. It
is important in enhancing motivation that lead to create effective changes in business.
3.2 Managerial decisions help in supporting goal and recommendations for its improvement
A strategic decision is being made in enhancing managerial decisions that will be
provided for evaluating different aspect as that will be used in business for achieving goals and
objectives. I am supporting decisions that are in favour of improving goals that may lead to
create differences in business operations. It should be recommended that proper decision have to
made that help in fulfilling objectives and may lead to bring effective change in operations of
business. As it is important in evaluating experience for presenting an opportunity to serve a
hotel in Stratford City, London (Teoh and et. al., 2016). It should be recommended that
evaluating various aspects that help in bringing changes into business for enhancing goals and
objectives.

4.1 Managerial and personal skills help in supporting career development
As my leadership skills are good that help in development of career of an employee.
There are various segments that lead to create changes in evaluating different perspective and
supporting career of an employee for the future. Management skills also help in improving
business activities that lead to create future development. There are various changes that help in
providing effective use of skills that provide personal development of employees. It is important
for improving skills and bringing more opportunity for other employees in achieving objectives
and goals. Communication skill also help in supporting career development as providing various
changes that help motivating employees for the future. Organizing skills also play a crucial role

4.2 Reviewing development plan
My career needs related to various perspective that help in evaluating changes in business
as by upgrading skills and competencies. Current performance is not as good as compared to
earlier aspect that enhance future needs. I have develop my skills for enhancing changes and
creating effective change in business. It is an important concept that lead to enhance future
growth and performance of employee will take drastic change in evaluating various aspect that
are involved in development plan. It is important for developing skills as it help in providing
future development to employees (Queiró, 2016). It is necessary in upgrading skills and
competencies as it help in development of employees for the future. Communications skill can
be improve by enhancing communication between employees as getting involve in decision
making of business that provide new ideas and innovation for implementing change in business.
