Analysis of Employability Skills in Management Research

At present, academic qualification is not considered to be guaranteed for various graduate
employees. Due to development of technologies, employers come up with set of skills which
match with the needs. Job vacancies are increasing at a much rapid rate, which is partly filled by
workers. Unemployment problem in most of the countries of the world is not due to lack of job
opportunities but is due to other factors like low quality graduates. Employers around the globe
have complained about the fact that they have failed to find the right talent for filling vacancy.
The business graduates lack certain number of employability skills1. The present graduates do
not have the relevant skills and knowledge which are needed by industries. For this research,
qualitative research method has been used. All the required data is collected from research paper.
References to the paper have been provided above. Qualitative result aims to support hypothesis
which will help in developing and demonstrating employee attributes. Two techniques that are
Spearman correlation and regression is needed for testing the hypothesis of people personality
towards positive nature. It is needed for analyzing the employability attribute.

various firm. Sample has been used so that an idea can be gathered with respect different things.
Sample has been collected from internet sources that are from journal articles on similar topics.
One hundred employees from different organization. 50 took part in the survey. The response
rate was high and quick from 50 employees. There is a need for preparing of employability and
non-cognitive skills. Also, there is a need for proper strategic alliance in between business and
education. Basic skills come up with ability to speak, listen and to carry out some of the
mathematical procedure. It merely focuses on the overall ability to interpret all the writing
information and skills for overall communication2. A report can be stated as a mathematical skill
that has the ability solve majority of the problems. Business graduates who are entering business
need to have proficiency in applied skills. This merely highlights a list of skills which help
business graduates to make use of some basic knowledge. The collected knowledge will help
them in performing in their workplace. The applied skills comprise of critical thinking,
communication, collaboration and lastly problem solving. Business graduates entering the
workplace need to be proficiency in the applied skills. 21st employee skills and human resource
management need to have applied, which is vital for upcoming days.
