After the analysis from the feedback of the Assignment 1, the introduction has been provided
that is significant for defining the structure of the assignment and the score has been provided
above average. The introduction of the assignment provided the clear structure of the
assignment and the methods by which the assignment has been formed. The problem and the
research question is important for the gaining idea about the main intention for which the
assignment has been formed and the analysis has been carried out for defining the clear
research problem for the assignment. The client meeting was conducted and in that
interactive session that were some questionnaire to the client like the future prospect of the
company and the model of the project design. The software as well as the system that are
being planned to apply to execute the smooth operation of the system in the poultry farm. The
literature review has been carried out in the assignment 1 for understanding the earlier
researches that has been done in the selected sector of the assignment. The literature review is
important in the project for understanding the past researches that have been carried out in the
sector and also discover some gaps in the literature for which the project would be
implemented for the client. In the assignment 1, as per the feedback from the lecturer,
referencing has not been done properly and this is particularly important for providing the
required recognition to the past researchers in the chosen project and the topic of the project.

The Gantt chart that have been provided above provides the extensive graphical
representation of the planning schedule and it also coordinates all the tasks in the project of
the “management of smart poultry farm using IoT”. The group of the project was formed at
the beginning of the semester. In the initial stage, the initiation of the project was done in
which the process identification was done, the suitable employee identification was done, the
extensive evaluation of the standards and the policies was done after the earlier stage, then
the justification of the requirement of the project was evaluated and the feasibility study was
executed in the last stage. In the planning phase, the scope statement of the project was
defined, the large deliverables were divided into the smaller ones, and the identification of all
the required tasks was done for the production of the deliverables, then the duration of the
tasks were defined and in the last stage the forecasting of the cost of the project was done.
The execution phase was of 14 days where the following of the created plan was done, the
assigning of the tasks to the appropriate team members was done, then the monitoring the
process has been done and the management of the contract was secured in the project in the
last stage. In the stage of the monitoring and the control, the measurement of the project
progress was done and the measurement of the quality of the deliverables was done. Finally
the required processes was closed in the project closure phase.
