Stakeholders refer to an organisation, group or an individual who are influenced by
results attained from project. They possess interest within success of project and this can be
either within or outside firm that involves sponsoring of project. The primary stakeholders of
organisation are there employees, investors, suppliers and customers (Black and et. al, 2019).
Coordination as well as organisation of activities of business for attainment of peculiar
objectives and goals is defined as management. This essay is based Sheila Baker’s who have
started new job in which responsibility was product development but in this job various aspects
were there related with management that impacted their performance. This essay comprises of
different aspects that must be addressed by Sheila to make sure that the work is delivered as per
desired standards by making use of adequate management approaches.

terms of strategies that are formulated and coordination of efforts of their employees for

due to lack of understanding related with marketing and production. This clearly indicates that

engagement with their audiences. It is essential aspect which has to be ensured while working
within organisation by management (Mosley Saruni and Lenga, 2020). Here, it not only involves
relation with employees but also customers. But to make sure that adequate services are being
delivered then employees must be satisfied, there has to be mutual goals that must be formulated.
This will lead them work in same manner as they will work independently to attain their goals.
There has to be creditability among employees and customers as it will make project smoother.
Sheila needs to be clear and precise while giving guidelines along with this they have to give all
the essential information so that questions like why it is being done can be completely omitted.
Manager’s critical thinking ability, communication skills and team work capabilities will
be enhanced as to maintain effective relations interaction is an essential component. The reason
is that it not only depends on what is being spoken but it also involves gestures and even body
