PART B
PEER POST 1 Response
One of the major issues that are existing in Aldi, Australia is the dissatisfaction among
employees. However in order to survive in this highly competitive market, they will have to
make sure that they can develop an employee centric and also customer centric approach. In
order to do this, they will have to ensure that they are not making their employees work for a
double shift. This must be maintained because in order to get a good production from the
employees, they will have to make sure that the employees are not being asked to work for the
multiple shifts or a very long time.
This is one of the major aspects of the modern day company culture; they must be able to take
the opinion from all their employees so that they are able to understand the different issues that
the employees are facing. The employees must be allowed to take a flexible time shift so that
they are able to take out some amount of time for their own work. In other words they will be
able to strike a proper balance between their work and also their household works. This will
create a kind of enthuse among them and they will be able to ensure that they are able to develop
a positive attitude towards the work (Sagar, 2019).
PEER POST 2 RESPONSE
This has been a very useful post. It must be noted in this context that in order to work for
increasing the production, they will have to ensure that their employees are at times working for
extra shifts (Hoffman & Tadelis, 2018). However employees must be given several rewards and

recognitions in order to enable them to get the encouragement. The employees in Aldi will be
able to work with a proper dedication if they are able to get the need rewards and the recognition.
This can be given in terms of monetary benefits or any kinds of holidays an extra additional
payment as well. This will help in making the employees know that they are valid within the
organization and also they will be able to get a good amount of respect and understanding from
their manners and also from their co-workers as well. However it must be made sure that work
from home benefits are being given to the employees so that they are able to get the time
management skills. Remote working tools have to be set up so that the employees are able to
understand the ways in which they can stay in a proper connection with one another and also
there is a proper exchange of the productive ideas This will help in checking the employee
attrition rate and thus they will be able to work in a proper way without the thought of switching
over to other job.
This in turn will help the company to work over their company culture and also make sure that
they will be able to help towards the overall production of the company.
