Four Building Block Strategy
This strategy support the company to handle the uncertain situation and set the actions
which helps to undertake the entity that striving for survive and thrive to face the changes,
uncertain risk and oppositions, if McDonald's is the top fast food industry which has significantly
overcome the issues which support the company to achieve their target properly. If they wants to
expand their business and probably thinking about the redial changes (Istighfarin Fitriani and
Riyani 2021). They need to focus on this four building block strategy which are given below:
ď‚· Conceding- In this strategies the company manger are focus to save the time against their
competitors, this support the McDonald's for analysing the internal factors of the
company which helps them to handling with the external environment. If company are
focus in this thing and make proper strategy plan to handle the changes, then give many
benefits in future.
ď‚· Confronting- In this block strategy company have to choose new way to attract the
customers and build the trust they deserve the commitment of everyone which is related
to their entre price. McDonald's company need to design or build the trust, confronting
support the business for ignoring the situations by effectively analysing the macro
environment. Along with it support the companies to saving the funds, so that employees
are being focused./
