community which can affect the growth of the firms in the respective nation, and it reduces
the capacity and systems in place. There is a different long history of working in mines and

opportunities which can be adopted as the strengths to enhance the global scenario
appropriately. With the help of the strong development corporation with HRM and systems in
place can be one of the primary objectives for allowing capacity building and training
opportunities will be gained (Kapinga and Montero 2017).
Additionally, there can be the creation of the long-term operational jobs which will be
beneficial in understanding the workforce which will be allowing for the capacity building
along with the other training related opportunities. In the current scenario, it has been noticed
that the Tahltan community does not have trained workers who can perform the tasks and
meet the demands and the training is not provided to the employees as well. The Tahltan
community individuals have a secure attachment to the workforce as they have high
knowledge of exploration and tourism which will be playing a vital role in improving the
overall scenario of the community appropriately (McIlwraith 2017).

From the overall case study analysis, it can be recommended that there are different
aspects which can be considered as to improve the global scenario such as:
There should be the creation of employment along with training strategy and plan
which will help create and establish a mandate for assessing the skills and improve the
situation. Proper opportunity is required to be provided to the Tahltan community individuals

as an industry will be able to find the skilled and certified workers and providing them with
the opportunity to showcase their skills and improve the overall situation effectively.
Furthermore, the proper establishment of the base budget is required to be created by
the different officials to undertake the Tahltan community project seriously. The funding is
the primary criteria as it will help in assessing skills and training can be delivered and
improve the working skills of the employees in the company (Roy 2019). Proper
identification of the gaps is required to be analyzed which will create a baseline and map out
the human resource related strategy to address the membership skills gaps versus the needs of
the labor markets. The strengths can be applied as the different opportunities to remove the
uncertainty, and it will improve the curriculum of the various schools of the Tahltan
community appropriately and it will become more suitable.
