With the help of corporate strategies, I thought company can make necessary changes in the rules

of the individuals in the firm giving them necessary time to get trained in the tasks which are
assigned to them. With the help of effective management of people we can encourage people and

I will able to inspire more people in the firm and encourage them to do more work which will
improve their skills and efficiency. Through this I will also able to make good leaders by shifting
the work responsibility in them which will make people more accountable in their performance.

make better use of them for the development of the company and will increase the revenue of the
firm. Apart from people management I also recommend team working as a good source for
developing the skills and information and become more proficient in own field. With performing

which we are working. Team work also focus on building us as a great listener which represent
us as great team mate and other people will also come to us when they find anything difficult in
their work. People also become more respectful and grateful towards others which help in
developing a good working environment. For conducting an effective team work it is very
important to develop an innovative planning or strategies which will make the set goal more
achievable. After doing necessary planning, we must execute the plans by taking significant
decisions. But there are various areas where I need some development in terms of skills like may
be I am not a very good leader. I found it quite tough to guide people and give them better advice
for performing the duties which are assign to them in the group. For making my ability of team
working best I need to become a good leader and for this I have to bring necessary changes in
myself, like I should start listening to the people and help them more in their woks. Start
focusing on developing the problem solving behaviour in me which assist me in gaining
confidence of other individuals. One thing on which I have to concentrate more that I must know
that how will I handle such circumstances where things are not going good in my group or when
our group face failure. It is important for a leader to have this skill as the whole group is
completely dependent on the skills and strengths of the leader. My strength is my skill of time
management which make me more successful in achieving any goal. With the help of
distributing time for the different task I also reduce the level of chaos in the functioning of the
organisation. Time management makes me more productive and creative, which will definitely
helpful for an organisation in getting maximum profitability in their working. For doing time
management first I will start keeping my work into orders according to my preferences, secondly
I allot the required time in which the work will get complete. Thirdly, I make a list about what I
have to do and what not and lastly I will start distributing the duties to the members of my team
according to their potential.

From the above report it is concluded that human resource management is a key factor for
