(2014), the success of the companies in the effective management of their business activities
under the intense business competition, is seen to be largely dependent on their ability in
communicating their vision to the employees and the other stakeholders associated with the

evaluation of the progress is crucial for me in increasing my knowledge regarding my
suitability in developing a progressive vision for the company and the relevant strategies that
can be applied for the much required accomplishment of the vision along with placing the
company in a better position for the desired achievement of the financial growth. Hence, it is
understandable that the review is important for me in improving my personal and
professional capabilities towards the efficient formation of the organizational vision and
strategies along with the improvement of the leadership.
