Marketing- The marketing department focuses on market research sales and marketing of the
operation of the company. The respective department advertise and distribute the products to the

management in the organisation system. Finance and accounting department plays a major role

The marketing department of companies perform several activities in the market to create the
potential customers towards the company functions such as digital marketing campaigns,
advertisements of products on several channels like TV ads, Magazines and other social media
platforms. All of the above activities requires funding. Therefore, finance department allocate the
funds and budget to the respective department in order to fulfil their requirement (Nankervis,
Baird, Coffey and Shields 2019).

Planning and controlling are related with each other as planning is the first step in setting the
goals of the organisation and to make sure about the accomplishment controlling is required.
Planning allows to coordinate the controlling function by setting the target. In both the cases, the
actual performances are compared in order to set the benchmark to record the differences in
order to improve the performance. In reference to look forward, both are also interlinked as both
the planning and controlling are essential for achieving the organisational goals. The both are the
twins of management and controlling is not possible without planning. Planning makes sure
about creative thinking and judgements while controlling is related to converting the decisions
into actions. Moreover, the planning is prescriptive and controlling is evaluative. Planning
comprises of the intellectual thinking, decision making with required course of actions. Planning
helps to predict the future and controlling does the same in the company (Erthal and
Marques,2018).

To manage the people and hire the right people in order to develop the company with strong
management policies to make the best strategic business decisions.
The main base of any business is the talent management to appoint the right people which are
suitable for the position to contribute in the working of the management.

It is the culture which comprises of various values, practises, expectations which is a guide for
all the members of the team. It leads to affect the overall business to bring more results. All the
companies have different culture and way of operating that makes the company stand out. The
