The Green Building Initiative (GBI) is an international effort which will have great
development in the upcoming days. It will successfully create sustainable, resource-efficient
constructions. Furthermore, it will offer a certification platform for commercial constructions
which will align with its environmentally-friendly vision. This initiative is effective as its
objective is to form a standard of preeminent practices for green buildings internationally, as
well as offering third-party assessment tools for sustainability necessities. Green buildings
