Management perspectives are considered as the varied range of methods and ways that
can be utilized for thinking about the organization and approaches that can be used for
managing the workforce within the business corporation. In this concept, the theories and
models are made tilted towards the business context (Taghavifard et al., 2018). A
management perspective is one of the most empirical concepts for any of the business
organization. At times the concept is concerned about giving directions and guidance to
the subordinates and also supervising them on their performance of the task. The below-
presented report is focused on the management perspectives of Coles supermarket. The
report is summarized and developed on the personal SWOT analysis and also the
suitability of an individual with the business corporation.
Use of naturally sourcing data
Naturally-occurring data has been considered as the data that is generated regardless of
the presence or interference of an individual. There are various examples that can be
considered as the integral factors for the naturally occurring data such as conversations,
emails, corporate artifacts (Hossain, Rasti, Tabassum & Abdelnasser, 2014). The
mentioned elements can be used by the individuals as the best examples for collecting the
data and as per the given scenario, these factors will also be proven beneficial while
developing personal SWOT analysis. As it is clearly known that communication through
any means in an organization like Coles Supermarket which is operating on a large scale
is very important, simultaneously, while motivating and encouraging an employee in an
organization to do well in a company there is a huge part of emails, conversations etc
(Harvey, Lieberman 2012). There are formal and informal rewards which are given in an
organization through emails which makes an employee feel recognized about the work
which has been done by it. By this, the employee's morale and the level of assertion are
increased which makes the employee thrive to do more so as to achieve more (Buettner,
2015). On the basis of these conversational praises, the employees get promotion and
consideration for the work done by them. Also, the other people who are associated with
this work get to know how to perform better.

Eventually, by this way the employee gives its best to the organization which returns it
back to the effort, it gives in. Communication in the form of conversation helps in
making people aware of whatever changes happening in an organization so it is also
similarly significant for the people of the company. Natural occurring data in some of the
other ways provides a complete description of the employee which is working in the
company. This helps in analyzing the person and its thinking towards the company and
its work which helps in further development of things. By this way, the channel of
communication remains effective as well people are more self-regulated. This helps in
the creation of people with their own mind that can take initiation and can go further with
their mind and the state of work they are doing (Steigenberger, 2015).
Further, the assessment of personal strengths and weaknesses can be done by various
realizations and a complete study of self. While working in a company there are
challenges as well as achievements which come across in the life of an individual which
simply depicts the progression as well as the areas where improvements are required.
Hence, a company has to be very regular in measuring the performance of a candidate so
that he/she may know the areas where they are strong at as well as they need
improvement in (Gleasure, 2015). If a person is already working for a company it may
come across many challenges which are necessary for it so as for its development as well
as personal enrichment. This is the point where it realizes its strengths and weaknesses so
as to cope up with the challenges and difficulties. The usage of these properly has to be at
an ease so as to develop an appropriate individual form it.
It is completely known that every person has various traits which are different from
another person. Hence, the realization of various self-strengths and weaknesses is only
possible when a person completely analyze itself from with and outside. This is majorly a
psychological concept and a person will know it completely which will make it strong as
a human being. When a person knows its traits and it knows itself completely there is no
other hurdle which can stop it from any other problems in life. It can always work upon
the strong parts as well on the weak so as to improve completely as a human being who is
not that easy to be defeated. It is known that every person is different in its own way and
there many good and bad things which have to be analyzed by that person about itself.
Most of the people fail to do so in most of the cases but in a few cases, a person is able to

analysis of a person is completely related to knowing itself completely inside out. Hence,
a being a human being there are traits which are called strengths and some of them are
weaknesses where a person has to improve in order to be professionally as well as be
personally liable for the organization it is aiming for.
Coles Supermarket is a very big entity in Australia operating under the parent company
Wesfarmers. It is basically dealing with products for people to click and collect which
means that it is operating online. So, being a very good holder of the market this
company has some basic criteria for selecting a candidate and also it has some aims and
objectives set for it. So, being a part of this organization as an employee is the very big
deal. So anyone who is aiming to be a part of it has to do the analysis of its strengths and
weaknesses. Being a person the analysis can be done in the following ways:

Cole’s supermarkets have been a dream to work with so a person getting placed there is
just like a dream come true. So, with all the strengths and weaknesses I had personally. I
got a chance to give the interview of the company which helped me to get a chance for
getting into the company (Bianca 2018). Hence, the interview process as the company is
very tough and not so reliable that it takes a lot of tasks as well as assessments on the
basis of the job opening in the company. So, I applied for the job of the salesman in the
company as I was having good communication skills. The job was posted on the
company's website from which I further initiated my application so as to give it a go.
Firstly, they tested me upon my patience level and then my interview was taken which
was a success and I got a chance to work for the organization after a long assessment
process (methods.sagepub 2018). Everything happened in a very soothing manner and
they liked my strengths and weaknesses which I presented very nicely to the company for
the post I was applying to work.
Self-Improvement
Self-improvement is an ongoing process which goes for the lifetime of a person.
Perfection is an illusion it does not exist in case of human. So in order to find new ways
to cope up with weaknesses each and every person develops a new thing. Changes are
inevitable so as the demand for the time changes so the rise of strengths and weaknesses
keeps on fluctuating (Lennon 2018). So this process is always regarded as a selflessness

hope where a person always keeps on rising its traits and its capabilities to do more and
more in order to change the scenario and to deal with the environment in which it is
working in better than other. There are competitors in case of humans as well as
company's who have to work upon themselves so as to be in the market for the longest
period of time. A person who is more vulnerable to these changes which keep on coming
as there is no certainty as in for the developments and the requirements for the
developments in the life of a human (Ezeanu 2012).
Being an adaptive fellow to the things which are happening around may helps, curiosity
is the key to every knowledge, doing things which the person is most interested in, trying
new things, taking up challenges and risks which are happening around so as to be the
key player, coming up with the internal and external changes as a human being, updating
self knowledge is a must in order to improve a person and so on (effective-mind-control
2008). Likewise, these techniques for the self-improvement will help a person to have an
edge over everyone in the market. It is important to stand out from the crowd so as to
make an appearance for itself in a market in order to reach heights in career. Trust the
process and the things will follow, handwork is the key to success and development.
Conclusion
After summing up the above-executed analysis it has been executed that the SWOT
analysis is one of the perfect approaches that will generate awareness regarding the
suitability of the mentioned organization. The importance of self-analyzation has been a
result of this report by which the strengths and weaknesses of an individual are known.
The more strong parts of a person, as well as the weak parts, have been identified in this
report so as to be able to work suitable for a company. This justification also had given a
light to self-restructuring and continues improvements which are necessary for a human
being for its lifetime. It has also been concluded that it is very important for an individual
to be self-sufficient in order to know as to where it is going and where it has to lead
further in its long-term progression. A complete data structuring upon an individual has
been one in the above report.
