Every organization have beer own way to uniquely present them in their working sphere.
The objective of businesses are not only concentrated upon maximizing profitability or
minimizing cost but also they possess greater goals in terms of employee retention, skill
management, presentation of training and development of organizational culture (Ocasio &
Joseph, 2017). The mechanism clearly emphasizes to integrate all activities that is been
accomplished by a firm and establish itself for the cause for which it exists within the industry.
From the bottom line to the top line organizational entities have equal preferences towards
maximization of its objectives irrespective of business endeavors that failed or succeeded.
Organizational Structure
The hierarchical organizational structure that is being followed in Apple is an
amalgamation of weak functional matrix coupled with innovative business endeavors that search
for success by differentiating it from traditional method of business progression. The corporate
structure regarded as spoken & wheel hierarchy where strategic management decisions output of
collaboration with its organizational segments (Piao & Kleiner, 2015). The product based
division was coupled with function based grouping since the leadership management style was
addressed based on functional areas.

Flaws and fortes of hierarchy within organizations
The hierarchical organizational structure provides an organization with division of labor
as well as integration of work objectives (Ivanov, 2015). The purpose of setting a hierarchical
structural framework of an organization is to render an opportunity for the organization to
segment its work structure based on expertise of the employees, managers and other labor force
(Ashkenas et al., 2015). This provide opportunity to the organization for enhancing its efficiency
in of minimizing its cost and specializing its activities the functionality of all the individual in
cities that are allowed with organization and ensures optimal utilization of its funds, human
capital as well as other resources (Lee et al., 2015). On the other hand, superior positions
managerial hierarchy authenticate the usage of power in order to ensure that the bottom line
labor force working properly. However, it is informed to happen that authoritarian power is not
always effectively utilized by buses for guiding boys under them rather all tries to reach the top
positions in the organization. It is to be understood that any organization works in unification of
all its employees’ managers as well as other labor force from the bottom line till the top
management (Strese et al., 2016). Hence each and every entities have equal priority maximizing
the objective of the organization.
