Answer to Question 1
The teamwork proves to be helpful in the business environment as it is helpful in
promoting the atmosphere which will be capable of fostering friendship as well as loyalty.
The close-knit kind of relationship among the superiors and subordinates and align them in
working harder and being supportive to one another as well. When the teamwork is
considered to be the priority, it will be increasing morale of employees and the productivity
of the company will be improved as well (Logan 53). On the business front, teamwork helps
in including the differing types of perspectives as well as feedback which will be capable of
making the employees feel that they are valued and their opinions are taken into
consideration as well. Effective team allows the members to innovate and in turn creating the
competitive edge for accomplishing the goals and helps in making the decisions in a faster
manner as well (Khawam, DiDona and Hernández 2017).
For instance- Target Supermarket is one such example wherein CEO has been
capable of fostering teamwork at massive scale. The collaborative communication and taking
the opinions of the different employees into consideration are the two major prospects which
help the company in managing the growth and effectiveness of the company as a whole. Each
team member in the company are provided with Equal growth opportunities and it helps in
increasing the morale (Alghamdi and Bach 2018). Due to the efficiency in the performance of
the employees, the company has been capable of achieving high productivity and the
company has been the top performer in the last few years (Friedrich et al. 40).
Answer to Question 2
While I was preparing the project, the part which was undertaken by me was the
performing the entire research. While doing so, I felt that I have been capable of providing

my 100% effort in researching every minute details which could be helpful for making the
project effective. I would be rating myself eight out of ten and I tried to take into
consideration all the viewpoints of the other team members who were present in my group. I
felt that the teamwork is effective in integrating creativity which will be beneficial in making
the end result positive and up to the mark as well. I tried to locate the different materials
which are essential in including in the paper and it helped us in finishing the task within the
specified timeline as well. All of us learnt the different aspects of the subject and through the
same, we were capable of understanding the strengths and weaknesses of one another.
However, during the span of completing the assignment, the one thing which I feel
can be improved by me in performing the future projects include the inclusion of the cultural
diversification in the team. It will be helpful for us in achieving the successful outcomes and
helps us in managing the effectiveness in generating the successful outcomes within the
stipulated time frame as well.
