influence management styles
Business environment involves several factors within it as well as it is divided within internal and
external elements which directly impact on management style and structure of company. In context of
Wa-Pila Hotel, there are some internal factors which impact company such as structure and culture of
associations, complex financial and investment management etc. Explanation of these are as follows: -

because it is responsibility of manager to engage their staff members in several activities. Such practices
