require any much motivation. For this motivation the All style department stores provides for the
promotion or giving higher position to the deserving employees within the All style department
stores (Morgan, Okon and Emu, 2019).
In the end it can be said that the motivation is the most important thing for the All style
department stores to be successful. The major reason underlying this fact is that when the
employees are motivated then they work in more productive and good work. Thus, this is the
major role played by Rebecca in providing the motivation to the employees. Also, it is very
essential that the All style department stores uses both the financial and non- financial
motivations to the employees. The combination of financial and non- financial motivation is
essential as some people gets motivated with finance and some with non- financial things like
promotion, up gradation. Thus, the motivation is the only thing with which Rebecca can improve
the working efficiency of the All style department stores and the overall working of the
employees as well.
CONCLUSISON
After going through the above report it has been summarized that there are six to seven kind
of functional operation which has been performed by Rebecca in cited firm. This function
generally provide support the All style department stores in overcoming the multiplicity of
the issue very easily in cited firm. After that report conclude the two kind of management
theory which can be applied in cited firm to improve the multiplicity of the variant kind of
the issue of faced by multiplicity of variant kind of operation in cited firm.
