automobile sector and manufacture cars with high quality features. The report includes roles and
functions of managers and leaders and its application in different situations. It also defines
various leadership theories as well as approaches to operations management. Value and
importance of operations management in attaining business objectives and influence of business
environment factors on decision making process and operations of firm is defined in this project.
