experience was more informative because I got more knowledge from my team member about

resources which required for planning. I communicated with other team member who was
presented in meeting about event discussion. Manager assigned task to each member so that they
performed their task effectively. Manager fixed a data for event that it conducted in last week
August 2020. More Control Ltd. organized team member so that each task perform in group
along with time deadline. Team leader assigned me task to allocate administrative process which
was big task for me because it was new for me. I communicated with team leader to gain
knowledge about administrative process that how to conduct and how to allocate. Where they
