accomplish such task in group activity so that they can achieve more profits in near future. With
the motive to enhance employee morale and motivation hotel unit undertakes such leadership style.
In case of future experience, Wa-pila hotel make focus on using the combination autocratic and
democratic leadership styles by keeping in mind existing situation. Moreover, one leadership style
does not fit in all kind of situations.
