MBWA should be practiced one on one and the managers must visit the employees in person as
it can help to encourage and motivate more open and honest discussions. Also they should
encourage the employees to share their tasks, projects or sales with the managers and they must
respond with genuine interest and using the body language appropriately instead of being
intrusive. The managers must strive to keep the environment fun filled must appraise the
employees when they do good deeds or perform well.

Adrian is aiding his team members at every step to complete the task effectively. If he follows
the concept of MBWA, he can satisfy his employees on personal matters as well like asking for
their issues related to work or any other discomforting organizational aspect. Adrian can practice
MBWA on one on one and the managers must visit the employees in person as it can help to
encourage and motivate more open and honest discussions with the sale person to boost the sales
of pre-owned cars.
