Woolworths aims to effectively utilize joint efforts of the individuals or groups in order to

within the value of the organisation. I am correctly fit in this particular profession and
designation as I am truly idealistic and try to work with humility rather than pride. I do not
like to take credit for anything (Hermalin and Weisbach 2019). This can help me in uplifting
the skills of the other employees and motivate them to bring out their best. In the case of the
customer handling also, my honestly, reliability and dependability are visible that will help
the business to build customer relationship with the function of operating a business.
Finally, my ability to manage the team members by motivating them through positive
work culture and feedback process can help the company to provide a direct line of
communication to all the employees working under me along with all the other stakeholders.
I can thus present current failings or issues that can create a transparent image of the
company in the market (Tinker, Sy and Saxe 2016).
