offering workplace safety in form of providing physical and emotionally like healthy and
discrimination free workplace, medical facilities, sick leaves and many more also assist in
forming good employee’s relations and minimising complexities with employees. Along with
this, the manager can consider conflict management policies like offering flexible working
option that also help in resolving issues and making good employees relations. With the help of
it, the people can execute the work as per them (Ivanov, 2018). In addition to it, the managers
and seniors can also assign and allot work and task to employees as per their skills and abilities
which will assist in reducing issues and developing professional relations.
