To develop more effective working relationship, he needs to communication with each and
every employee as it can benefit him during any change implementation procedure. There
could be an arrangement in the form of open discussion including David and all its team
members. The objective of this meeting can be set as to get information about one another
while understanding the situation. Prior to assigning any job to the other associates, he must
provide important instructions to them while also keeping an eye on other individual work. It
also needs to ensure that all associates are on the right track and collectively attain the
corporate goal, not he only.
Solution 4)
David is definitely draining his account as he is totally failing on developing trust with his
team associates. According to the case study, he is not listening to others and it shows others
that he does not care about the individuals. If David is not prepared to listen to other people,
