Outline the purpose of the Project Communication Management Plan
Communication have been defined as the exchange information along with expression
of ideas thought and feelings. In the context of the project management, it has been
considered as the exchange in knowledge, skills and experiences. this project

project in effective manners in term of all client, stakeholders. this have the clear set
of guidelines regarding how information’s will be as well as who will be major

Describe the communication and information objectives for the project.
the objective of the project is to have the establishment of the leadership skills,
knowledge and trends needed to be identified. The company want to have the
extension of its membership by fascinating the greater level of participations as the
ink of tank in the sector.
The assessment of the communication plan will be helpful improving the team
performances which will ensure the smoot progress of the projects. There is the
assigning of the project managers to motivate, lead and delegates by reporting backs
the stakeholders working on the project in the perfect manner.

The role of project managers in the communication plan is

the role of project manager is to have activity and resource planning’s ,
organising and motivating the project teams , controlling the time
management along with estimation of cost and developing the significant
budget .
Role of the team
the team have the major level of responsibility over developing strong
internal communications. this can be done through developing regular
newsletter, emails and staff building events. The team have the inclusion
of one significant member who have been responsible to strategies the
proper internal and external communication methods suited by the
company in efficient manner.
Role of steering committee.
The steering committees is bee identified as very helpful to the project
managers. The steering committee have role in providing the significant
advice to ensure the proper delivery of different project outputs and
achievement of project outcomes in proper manner.
The steering committee have proper steering committee representing the main
stakeholders. The customer, the contractor and the departments most affected by
project. in this project managements have the establishment with inclusion of the
CEO and two Board members. The role of the steering committee is to provide
overall direction to the project.

The project communication has the area of knowledge through the following of fur
important process. This can be sun as the communication planning, information
distribute, performance reporting and sensitive closure. it is important to have note
that’s Donna Chisholm coordinating Manager Networks’ trainers, will help with
contacting and lining up the speakers.
Dan Streep, the Administration Assistant getting in the ground level work will look at
the work around conference, he will be helping out in performing the different
business function nd venue relate activities in perfect manner,
