1. Evaluation of “reflective executive concept of framing organization”
In the context of reflective executive concept of framing organization it is found that
decision in learning process when there are interaction among critical, connective and personal
thinking. Reflective practices of executive's can be developed and it can also help in framing
organization when they make use of appropriate way of thinking skill. All types of thinking such
as personal, connective and critical thinking (Vince and et.al., 2018). It can help people in careful
analysis or taking better decision. It is also found that all these three styles or ways of thinking
better works together or cannot be happened in separate intellectual way.
All these ways if used (together) than it can help people in understanding the main
concept, nature, framing as well as describing executive reflective practice.
2. Analysis on current critical thinking ability.
In regard to current critical thinking I can say that as a manager I have an ability to think
clearly. I take time in making decision by analysing all factors. But thinking clearly by focusing
on logical connection between ideas I solved several problems. Several situations happen and
from that situations and experiences only I developed this skill. The main situation that may
occur often is conflicts, change management. In change management, I analysed all factors that
caused such situation and problems of conflicts (Changwong, Sukkamart and Sisan, 2018). Then
on the basis of analysing factors, or by knowing both positive and negative aspects of decision, I
solved problem.
3. Principles of learning 160-61
Learning can be defined as a procedure in which people create or develop knowledge
through transforming their experience. Concept and main principle of experiential learning refers
that all learning is relearning. No one can enter in learning situation or can learn new without
having experience or ideas. So, by participating in process only learning can be developed.
Other main principle of learning refers that self concept, need or interest to know
something and life experiences are vital or key resources of learning. It is also stated that for
learning people should have interest and need to take responsibility but it can be developed with
the help and guidance of instructor (Murotovich, 2020). It can be denoted as feedback that is
main principle. Repetition is other main principle.

4. Reflection on skills learned in MBA program.
In MBA program, I developed several skills and I believe that all these skills can help me
out in developing my career in the field of management. One main skill that is developed is: time
management. I learned the ways of managing or completing all tasks in a timely manner. My
instructor told me about consequences of procrastination as the main barrier of time
management.
I also improved my writing skill as we were given several projects in which 10 marks
was about writing. So, for getting higher marks I focused on this skill. But I believe I need to
more focus on oral communication skill.
I learned skill of understanding human behaviours and at my university there were
diverse students. So, it helped me out about knowing speciality of different cultures.

5. Reflection on ways of bringing change with strategic issues.
By working at managerial post I faced some strategies issues and one of the main issue
was: conflict among employees. With the help of superiors and my ability of analysing causing
factors I made decisions. I developed my ability of conflict solving and I found that before
solving any type of problem, we need to have knowledge of causing factors. So, as per this I
developed appropriate policy: open door. As per this, employees were allowed to come and meet
with manager. By listening and knowing factors, I took action and provided better suggestions.
So, I can say that implementation of policies bring several changes.
Other main concern was: Diversity and safety of employees. While working at this post I
knew that management's work is not limited to only planning, organizing, but they have to
control and analyse all resources and activities of company. So, for developing diversity or
reducing negative impacts of discrimination, I developed strict rules and made it compulsory for
following by others. I also took training session and told importance about diversity and this
training session helped a lot in solving strategic challenges (Athey, 2017).
In the situation of change management that caused by changes in external factors I faced
several challenges. As employees resisted about adopting new ways of performing. But with the
appropriate management style and implementing Lewis change management model I solved
these problems. So, overall I can say that policies, training and ability to think critical plays a
vital role.
