maintain the organization. This report includes the various politicking issues related to the
organizational culture and the various improvements in political behavior. This approach
provides various benefits to the organization. The several leadership styles described in this
report that used to maintain the culture of the organization. Eagle Company needs various
leadership styles to maintain the overall process of the business. The several perspectives related
to the managing change in the organization included in this report. Change management is one of
the main processes that related to the organization culture. The ethical decision-making is also
included in this report and it is very essential for the overall process of the organization. The
value diversity used to define the various process that needs to promote the products and services
related to the organization. The negotiation is also one of the important processes of the

Organization culture for politicking
The culture of the organization related to politics needs to be analyzed to maintain the
political conditions of the organization. Eagle organization has many political issues so it is
important to determine these issues (Potter, 2015). The politics and culture of business are
interrelated with each other, as the political issues are included in the culture of the business.
Organizational politics create many problems in the culture and distract the minds of the
employees. The assessing of organization culture for politicking is difficult which create many
disadvantages in the market.
