managers in taking the right step an organization. The self-awareness can help the managers
in recognizing the emotions and it can have a positive effect on their life (Robbins & Judge,
2003). The balance can be achieved in the event of the managers having the mindfulness that
can help them in dealing with the emotions. It can help the people in strengthening the
concentration along with the awareness that can help the manager in achieving the balance of
the emotions. It can help the managers in exercising the emotional balance that can help them
in managing the myriad emotions that they feel in the organization. Affective Events theory
talks about the fact that the employees react in a emotional manner that have an influence on
the aspect of the job performance of the employees (Ashkanasy, Humphrey & Huy, 2017).
The managers can make use of the emotional intelligence that can help them in bringing

organizational culture and it can give rise to feeling of the panic among the people. Fear can
inhibit the process of learning of employees and it can be inimical to the progress of
company. The managers should never display the feeling of the helplessness as it can create
the feeling of the insecurity among his subordinates (Rezvani et al., 2016). The managers
cannot influence or change situation in the event of feeling helpless which can have negative
repercussions on organization. The managers who harbour the negative sentiments lose the
enthusiasm and it can hamper the effective usage of the resources. The emotions can be
called off-limits as it can make the managers avoid the co-workers along with the
circumstances that can have detrimental effect on organization. It can give rise to
disengagement among the employees that can obstruct the progress of the organization.
