undertaken for the completion of the project. This is a leading Japansese multinational
corporation that produces footwear and sports equipments. This leading business is located in
Hyogo, Japan and was founded in the year 21 July, 1977. There are 8,823 employees working
effectively and efficiently so as to full-fill the expectation level of the client on priority level.
This report includes aims and objectives of the study. Project management plan is deeply
