activities related to business like: investing, financing, operating and focusing on creating the value

owing to the reason, the inadequate leadership and ineffective management, which cause a huge
deficit in the organization.

plan for own area of responsibility, to manage the appropriate system in the organization and to
maintain the health and safety. For increasing the overall performance of ABC Company, different

management process starting from planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling an
outcome will come up with the effective manner. ABC Company has maintained the level by proper
leadership and effective management process. In the recruitment company, a particular area is
selected for improving and various business strategies, which are framed in effective manner so that
outcome is in productive (Jeston and Nelis, 2014).
