INTRODUCTION
Managing business activity involves use of technology to define and analyze various
opportunities and risks in the company in order to maximize profitability as well as efficiency.
Managing activity to achieve results focuses on successful planning and management of work
processes. Also in this, employees are persuaded to consider interrelationship and consequence
of business process as well as to implement operational plans. The report is based on managing
activities of ABC Company that is a recruitment organization. Further the report will include
map process and also will evaluate output as well as elements required to build a quality
gateway. Later it will implement appropriate systems of achieving objectives in the most
efficient way. The report will demonstrate quality culture to ensure continuous monitoring,
evaluation etc. At last, it will include plan for carrying out practical applications of health and
safety policies within the organization.

1.1 Evaluating the interrelationship between different processes and functions of the company

ABC Company follows the functional structure within the workplace. As an operational
manager of ABC Company I have come across the interrelationship between different processes
and functions of the company. In such type of structure, entire organization is divided into
different departments. This type of organizational structure tends to be effective when an

organization does not have large number of products or services. It is more effective in stable
environment where changes do not take place frequently. All the departments are interrelated to
each other as CEO gives direction to each department head. All departments work for achieving
the common goals. While performing marketing activities, the marketing department has to be in
connection with other departments such as production division will help to know about the
company’s productivity and further requirement of human resources. HR department is also
connected with each department as it communicate with all to find out the future needs and
demands of human resources within the organization. It also plays an important role in
monitoring activities and performance scale of employee’s working within different divisions of
the company.
1.2 Justifying the methodology used to map the process to ABC Company’s goals and objectives
ABC is a recruitment organization which meets the needs of potential employees. It fulfills
the demand of clients by providing supply of proper quality of manpower. Vision: Vision of the company is to become a leading recruitment agency in the UK.
Vision statement of cited entity reflects its desire to build a world without unemployment. Mission: Mission statement of ABC Company is to highlight its commitment related to
provide the best services to various corporations by ensuring supply of supreme quality
of human resources. Organization aims to provide suitable jobs to job seekers. Core objective: Long term objective of business is to maximize the wealth of its
stakeholders. Further, it also focuses to maintain sound business relationship with other
corporations that are receiving services from ABC Company. It has also an objective to
retain the competent and loyal employees within the enterprise.
Values: Core value of cited entity is to provide maximum support to the society while
functioning in the different market. Further, it focuses to work with high integrity and
enthusiasm as well as assure excellence by being the best that they can be and strive to
become more.
ABC Company assure that its business functions are performed by considering the

selection will result to dissatisfaction among the clients and negative image of brand in the
market. With the help of quality gateway, company can avoid such issues. Further, there are
different components that must be considered while building a quality gateway such as close
supervision, rechecking, matching the accomplished results with the expected one etc.

With the help of time management techniques, ABC can attain its set
objectives within the desired time frame. Further, time management will
help the workers in completing the allocated task or project on time. It
further involves use of techniques like work chart, prioritization of work
etc. which enable the employees in performing work as per the priority
and significance of business (Diaz-Fernandez, Panama-Reyes and Valle-
Cabrera, 2016).

steps:Here, vision, mission and values of ABC organization are clarified. In this,
organizational strategies are made as well as employees orientation is conducted.
After clarifying the vision and mission, critical success factors are analyzed to determine
that the company will meet success or not. Factors such as financial performance,
consumer satisfaction, market share, recruitment of employees are included in it (Ahi and
Searcy, 2013).As an operating adviser of ABC Company, I will look forward towards the
most appropriate market segments for recruiting employees at the workplace. A meeting
will be organized with various companies to know about their requirements related to
employees. Feedbacks are obtained by focusing on consumer group and in case of ABC,
business clients are considered for the same.
After that, survey tools are identified and on that basis, survey is conducted on each
consumer group. After that, the organization is required to focus on negative feedback in
order to overcome problem associated to that. Another survey will be conducted after the
period of 12-18 months (Lin, 2013).

As an operating advisor of ABC Company, I will present a quality culture to ensure the

and practices of an organization are reflected by its employees. As it is a recruitment firm so it
should focus on conducting training and development programs for its employees. ABC
organization is a recruitment firm so it should focus on implementing and designing the

A report can be provided on the recommended changes for the organization. Implication
of the target set by the organization will lead towards increasing in demand as well as revenue of

following autocratic leadership style which is a dominating approach. So, it should replace it by
participative style in which both clients and potential candidates can get opportunities to come
and participate in decision making process. It should also provide off the job training to the
