INTRODUCTION
The term successful business project refers to the collective values, efforts and process

company goals and objectives with competitive advantage in market. Business obtain success
and development through undertaking different policy specifically with human resource as it is
more favourable to obtain competitive edge in market. This report is based from perspective of
Debenhams which is retail organisation and it is operating their business at global positions.
Further, this report undertakes and focus on aims and objectives of business and also on project
management plan (Bagherzadeh and et. al., 2019). In the last, research is also conducted by
management that aids to conduct better research on the topic of equality and diversity.

Equality-and-diversity among the workplace enhance the work performance of an
organisation by motivating all individuals to perform their role in an appropriate manner.
Equality perspective also raise and enhance the potential for business to complete work with
ethics through performing work without discrimination and prejudice (Bell and Harrison, 2018).

monitoring and executing business project to formulate essential changes for the organisation.
Some of the essential components for project management plan is mention as below:
Cost- It is the prior aspect for business and researcher that helps to manage an adequate
amount among budget that helps researcher for completing research project in an
effective manner. This is also used for attaining and executing project as per minimum
cost. Moreover, it is also used by the researcher to perform research in a easy manner by
assessing company project in easy manner.
Time- This reflect the overall period and time which is used in completing research for
managing overall project task (Englund and Graham, 2019). The vital aspect for research
deals with adequate amount through which all work is completed with right manner.
There are various task performed among project so it is important for researcher to

Scope- The relative outcome of project define the scope which is utilised by organisation

Quality- The effectiveness of project is conceived by the investigator for completing

Risk- The ability to complete research define the potential benefit and gain that is used to

All the above research is completed by me and it works as a great opportunity for
learning and understanding about human resources. So I am thankful for teachers because they
are various task performed that is used to manage aspect and they are also useful to analyse
growth as well as development for continue period of time. Instance which are related with
business help for developing implementation of diversity and equality issue and this factor also
define complex factor which is used to accomplish goals, target and objectives to complete all
work in a easy manner. This also defines it is important that adequate changes in the sort for
business refers to complete their task by generating constructive aspects for managing their task
through following modifications. On the other side, at the time of managing and completing
research it is used to manage and complete project with utilising different skills. The parallel
work make the modifications to complete its task with right aspect. Completing the research with
the help of knowledge and information helps to understand perspective by which better hierarchy
is selected and it is also useful in making promotion with equality perspective. Communication
skill is an important method which is used by me to manage redundancy and making execution
for research. Similarly, while completing the research analytical skill are also used by me for
processing the support of project. This is also used in making components through which
research make instant results for analysing different research perspective. Gantt chart and WBS

CONCLUSION
As per completed above research it is concluded by management that development of the
business is used for completing the research that helps to complete project in an organised

analysed that correspond results is also obtained with managing overall workforce of
organisation. Moreover, equality leads organisation to perform all work by improving
coordination among all employee’s. In the last, by minimising diversity among employee’s it is
easy to overcome from all workforce challenges.
