for conducting this report. This organisation is dealing in automobile manufacturing industry
and developing high quality luxury goods for its customers. Astom Martin company was
developed in the year, 1913 and creator of this company was Lionel Martin and Robert
Bamford. This company headquarter is situated on Gaydon, England, UK. Astom Martin
organisation is offering range of verity of its luxury goods to several areas all around the
world. This report is based on diversity and equality at workplace as well as plan for
managing project is also created. Respective assessment will includes Gantt Chart and work
breakdown structure along with this different methods of data collection is also determined.

Primary method – This is one of the effective methods that will support in identifying
and analysing right and appropriate data for the research. Primary method includes all those
sources that will lead to provide more accurate information about the topic (Bagherzadeh,
Markovic, and Bogers, 2019). This will includes questionnaire, survey, experiment,
observation and so on. It is important for researcher to consider sources of primary method as
in this first hand data will be collected.

Secondary method – This type of method include several sources such as books and

diversity. According to this survey it is determined that out of 50 respondents 40 has
responded positively where as other 10 respondent has responded negatively.
