1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The overall project is based on the influence of digital technology in
small business and how it can hamper their working activities and
operations. This main aim of this project is to implement technology in
the companies so that the work of the companies is managed well.

Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, there is highlighted impact of new technology towards
acquiring prosperity as in order to accomplishment of the targeted
objectives and goals. Although, I also got to know regarding this
when customized are dealing with the essential cognition in respect
of the technological changes as well.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
As when I made up this kind of the projection then the plan of
management works very well due to the experience and which was easy

My main and good pros is that I m able to find the information

technologies. But there weakness that I found very complicated

For this, I have to do proper communication with all employees
and subordinates Those individuals who are dealing and working
with me as well in favour and support me so they can also
