have been faced, i.e. like – due
to lack of ineffective
communication I am not able to
properly recognise needs and
wants of people and the
respondents were using
different languages that were
not understandable to me.

customers, who are not alert
with the technologies that will

1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The overall project is based on the influence of digital technology in
small business and how it can hamper their working activities and
operations. This main aim of this project is to implement technology in
the companies so that the work of the companies is managed well.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, there is highlighted impact of new technology towards
acquiring prosperity as in order to accomplishment of the targeted
objectives and goals. Although, I also got to know regarding this
when customized are dealing with the essential cognition in respect
of the technological changes as well.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
As when I made up this kind of the projection then the plan of
management works very well due to the experience and which was easy
form me to build an a good action plan by providing help me to create
their rules and regulations for the correct project activities in their
right direction and way too.

tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution

during the project process?
As by collection all the data and information from the number of
respondents. These all balance by the tools and techniques. There
are some problems which case by the repliers in terms of the lack
of cognition which exactly solve by the researcher itself.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
The technologies will be prove as beneficial for me and these
activities. As along with this, I got to know regarding their several
software which utilized by the industry for efficaciously negotiate
regarding their entire business activities.

consultant leading the project?
It would prefer to give them rating about &.5 from the out of 10.
because I think that there are still some of the things which
required more enhancement and improvement which help and
will be beneficial in the future.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
My main and good pros is that I m able to find the information
and data by utilizing various tools and techniques this easily aid
to solving the problems which is related to the modified
technologies. But there weakness that I found very complicated
and difficult to communicate with the respondents

development?
For this, I have to do proper communication with all employees
and subordinates Those individuals who are dealing and working
with me as well in favour and support me so they can also
