INTRODUCTION
Background
Fairness is very necessary aspect for an organisation such as it supports individuals to
improve their potential and competency level and maintains wellbeing within company. It is not
only essential to keep working environment healthy but also raises brand value in the business
market. Management play vital role in the context of fairness in the workplace because they
apply such kind policy which builds trustful relationship between employer and employees.
Fairness improves employee’s turnover in the workplace and improves productivity in their
working. When leader keeps fair treatment with all staff that improves their experience within
company and encourages them to put more efforts in their performance so that they get
recognition from senior authorities. This research project covers those all factors which fully has
based on fairness. There are different innovative data collection methods has used for finding
different data which has been included in in this research project. This research topic is too
necessary to be discussed, because this can help to an organisation for deeply understanding the
actual value of fairness and equality & diversity in the workplace (Ali and Konrad, 2017). This
research project has involved such findings which can easily influence to different businesses or
companies for forever marinating fairness aspect within their respective workplace. Lots of
efforts was required to successfully completing this research project. At the end, those all data
has been involved in this project which can affect top-level management of different
organisations for behaving fairly with their all employees or people in its daily operations.

is mainly focused on quality of products and it’s services for influencing the performance of an
organization for influencing sales revenue. Quantitative method emphasizes on practical aspects
instead of theoretical aspects. It gives data into mathematical figure so it can measure effectively.
But this research is bit complex as compared qualitative method that’s why it requires expertise
who can gather information in numerical figure. Qualitative method will use for this research
because quality is important for gathering information because it is easier method to use as
compared quantitative method.

From the analysis it is identified that 15 out of 30 employees of RedRock consultancy
said that it is very essential for the organisation to adopt diversity and equality. According to
equality act, 2010 it is very essential for business organisations of UK to practice equality
policies which increases the motivation of employees to achieve objectives of the company. The
main objective of Redrock is to provide better workforce skill and knowledge to their client.
Diversity in the organisation improves opportunity to generate higher information to compete in
the market and satisfy their customers effectively. in the above analysis it is determined that 33
percent of employees said it is not important to adopt diversity and equality and 5 out 30
employees were not sure as they do not has proper skills and education level to make decisions.
This also impacts the growth of company to increase customer experience to improve brand
value in the market. Diversity and equality helps to reduce the risk of competition with potential
