The purpose of digital technology is to encourage firm to conduct innovation process and
improve the quality of goods and services. It can be consider as significant resource in
organisation. It assists business unit in increasing their operation efficiency as well as capacity.
Digital technology also provide firm an opportunity to satisfy and attract customers by providing
them with innovative goods and services. It provides business entity a chance to provide quick
and quality services to its customers (Crawford and Nahmias, 2010. )
The purpose of implementing digital technology in organisation is to gain both long and short
term gain. It is required by firm to adopt advance technology as it will help business entity in
increasing its working efficiency and enhancing effectiveness. Effective technology will enable
firm to differentiate their products from that of competitor and can allow organisation to gain
competitive advantage. Revenue growth is a major benefit of digital technology that can be
gained by small medium enterprise. It allows business unit to develop platform for fostering
growth in competitive environment. Digital technology provide business unit a chance to reduce

and analysing its impact on organisation as well as on its employees performance. It is an official
statement which contains important data which is related to future plan. This plan will help
business entity in maintaining their performance, standard and identifying the area of

project management plan. It should also identify the cost element that is associated with

 Scope-Scope factor include all purposes and objectives that are to be achieved by
particular project plan. It also involves product breakdown structure and activity as well
as process breakdown structure. Scope assist organisation in evaluating its performance
and identifying the area as well need of improvement. It is required by White elephant to
improve its quality OF food and services. As this will provide business entity an

essential for business entity to provide quick as well as quality service to its client. As
this will allow firm to attract more number of consumers and retain existing customer for

as quality services. Effective and timely delivery will enable firm to provide satisfaction

development is required to be provided by company to its employees in order to enable
them to operate particular technology may lead to additional cost or expenses for firm.
 Resources: resources are required not only for project planning but also for conducting
various activities in an organisation. Resources are essential for formulating as well as
implementation of digital technology at workplace. Human resource and other valuable
resources are the important resources in planning for implementation of technology

assist manager is categorising and dividing complex as well as big project into smaller parts. It
enables employees to reduce the burden of work and ensuring completion of work on time as
well as desired outcome. It helps workforce to understand each an every task and allow them to
make beneficial contribution towards achievement of effective results.
Graph structure represents the series that are to be conducted at the time of
implementation of project. It provides employees an opportunity to understand their task in depth
and importance of their role in particular project. All task and activities are interrelated, so minor
change in one activity or process may have great impact or influence on other in break down
structure. It assists manager in organising various activities that are associated with the project in
systematic manner (Brown,2013)
In this framework the roles as well as responsibilities of each and every employees are
clearly defined. It helps various stakeholder to analyse the scope as well as the importance of

customers they ensure that their business Wil go for a long run and they will make more
profit than others. Digital technology helps them in knowing the preference and choices
of the customers so that they can serve the customers what they want.
 Negative : Contrary to this using digital technology that does not mean that there is
guaranteed success for the business as after applying also there are lots more required to
maintain that(Brown., 2013) . The working staff needs to feed the data so that they can
