planned with having level of allocations of resources in order to have the effective
implementation of results in more effectiveness can be achieved. There are important activities
which are planned that is identification of aim & objectives, conducting literature review,
Producing research methodologies, Collecting data, Identification of data analysis & Findings
and recommendations.
Scheduling is done as per the planning in which all the activities have bee allotted there given
time period to have effective utilization of resources to get achievable result.
Controlling is process which is done to have calculation of the deviation which have the parts
of report and have specific level f need to be achieved. There is use of KPI and benching to

Document Page
important for researcher to plan about timeline and duration in which researcher will complete
the whole project. Expected time for completing this project is 55-60 days.
Scope: Identifying scope of the project is vital as it only helps and motivate researcher to pre
focus on research and other steps. Scope refers an extent to which select topic and its project
can help out to researcher. Selected topic of this project can be beneficial at both commercial
and academic level. It can help students at their academic level as well as also help businesses
at commercial level.
Quality: Quality is one of the important element. Managing quality helps a researcher in
having a great positive impacts on viewers. By maintaining quality with proper controlling and

KPI tool (Wang, Ren and Liu, 2017).
Cost: Cost is an important element. Before starting a project and thinking about developing it,
researcher think about all expenses and total cost which will be required in completing the
project. Researcher estimates a budget or total expenses by which he/she can complete all

Planning: In this stage, scholar makes an effective plan of steps or ways by which they can
develop the research. Research methodologies is the main step or part of this planning.
Implementing: In this stage, researcher implement or execute its planning in order to
accomplish goals.
Closing: In this stage the project comes into closure after following all stages.
Communication plan
It is also an effective plan in which researcher requires to monitor all means of
communication which are being used by them during the research. By making an effective
plan and monitoring effectiveness of communication sources researcher can identify that
whether all informations are being delivered to people or not.

Literature review
Theme 1 Different types of age discrimination
As per the views of the Sargeant, (2016)the equality acts have the publication of direct level of
guidance as the comprehensive material which have providence of codes which are considered
to be good in practices are had toe introduced to company code of conduct in order to
additional point towards company development. The author also sated that direct and indirect
discrimination in the common one which is having their existence in workplace at signifiant
level. On the other hand the Neumark, Burn and Button, (2016) argued that all the behaviour

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is a process which are being used by scholar for identifying as
well as analysing relevant information to the topic. This process can be made successful by
following several steps such as:
Research types: Research type refers a form in which data relevant to the topics
collected as whether in the form of numbers or non-numericals. As per the nature and purpose
of the study, types of research is being divided into 2 types such as qualitative and quantitative
(Myers, 2019). Qualitative research refers non-numerical, descriptive form of information
which is gathered by observing and using words. On the other hand, quantitative refers
numerical, non-descriptive form of data collected by statistics or metamathematical technique.
For this project, researcher will use qualitative type of research.
Research philosophies: It states a belief about techniques in which researcher
required to collect, analyse and use data about a phenomenon. Positivism and Interpretivism
are 2 philosophies of research. It needs to be followed after selecting the type because
selection of the philosophy depend upon the research type. For example: Interpretivism is
concerned with qualitative and positivism is concerned with quantitatuve. As research type of
this conducted project is qualitative so, philosophy will be interpretivism. Interpretivism
philosophy refers a method of inquiry in social science or it is socially constructed. Positivism
is all about explaining strong prediction as it believes that social facts shapes individual
actions.
Research approaches: It refers a process of data collection, analysis and interpretation
to detailed method. Inductive and deductive are 2 approaches of research which is all about
developing theories. Inductive approach is all about developing a new theory for exploring
new phenomenon (Woiceshyn and Daellenbach, 2018). This approach is suitable with
qualitative research type, so researcher will focus on this approach as it can help him/her in
increasing knowledge about the topic. On the other hand, deductive approach is all about
developing old or existing theory or emphasises on causality.
Data collection: Data collection refers a process of gathering all those information
which can help a researcher in making its project successful. Researcher collects information
relevant to the topic from mainly 2 types of data collection such as primary and secondary.
Selection of the best type depends upon the type of the research. In the primary data
