responsibility is measurably played by management of a business. In relation to management
strategies adequate need and requirement of business is considerate through which rising cost,
difficulties within recruitment and hiring, changing attitude of employee's is controlled (Berger,
2020). In this eventually ability of a business to drive highest competitive advantage is enhanced
in systematic manner. The report below is based on Land Rover that is a vehicle manufacturing
company that is predominantly owned by a multinational manufacturer of car and it was
established in 1987 with having a headquartered in Whitley, Coventry, UK. The report includes
project plan and execution along with reflection of small-scale research conduction.

its sufficiency both gets enlarged. For this business make adequate implementation of strategy by
which ability to attain and attract more of workers for longer period of time is increases.

A project management plan is defined as a initial planning for any project for a specific
period or for longer interval of time ,its a formal document that describe how the company will
work for any project which is to be set by a project manager. Basically all the detailed
information are set in this project plan in which plans related with cost ,time to indicate the
project completion , scope of project ,communication, risk involve in future ,resources and the
requirement for completion of project .It consist of following task and action that will be
performed by an organisation in doing the project ,for any project plan brief study of goals,scope
and budget and initiative will be set by an project manager. Project consists of different targets
and tasks for a particular period of time that will clearly mentioned in a project planning. Risk
and all the issue related aspects are managed and being prepared in project management. Having
a various elements that are briefly describe in any project planning is that:
Cost :In project plan, cost is basically that amount which is required or needed in
conducting a research in quite effective way (De Boeck, Meyers and Dries, 2018). This

amount is being use by a researcher and the cost is spend by a company over a researcher
for performing their require project which will be given by a project manager or a

Gantt chart: It is the project management tool that involves scheduling of projects, the
start and end dates. It is used to make a deadline that what work is to be done on that particular
day (Crane, and et. al., 2019). It is useful for keeping the tasks on track. It is created to estimate
that how much time each task will take and the dependency of tasks on others and establishes a

There is lot of benefits that is achieved by business as in relation to talent management as skilled
and talented employees get attained in effective manner. In this project management also be
essential as in this clear acknowledge and processing of working is induced with adequateness as
with this sustained profit is achieved with perfection. There is few limitation of project
management as well as if researcher doesn’t make adequate balanced in between requirement
and assessment than it make complex situation that reduces rate of completion of task and
activities. I have a biggest strength of time management and data collection as with this I am able

to analyze strength in adequate basis. On the other hand, in relation to weakness I have lack of
communication skills and it is varied as per level of interaction and usage of soft skills is hard to
manage. In this I have designed a questionnaire in which respective data and information of
candidates is collected so that better level of knowledge and information is done in systematic
manner. I have also used various tools and techniques such as Gantt chart and Work breakdown
structure through which activities are completed in timely frame. It assists me to complete task in
stipulated period of time. I faced various challenges while interacting with employees as their
mood get fluctuated on random basis. But for this I used soft skills along with academic learning
which helped to make better interpretation by which resultant outcome of research is processed
effectively. The project management plan having various advantage as it assist and provide a
framework under which task completion is recorded with perfection. It have few disadvantages
as in this researcher felt discomfort while connecting with research objective and sometime
become hectic to manage overall working standards within offered schedule.
