INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is a procedure to extend of products, technology, information and job
across national borders and cultures in order to generate more profit as well as intensify base of
customers (Archibald and Archibald, 2016). It is important for an organization to spread out their
business at international level so that they can earn more markets shares as well as profitability
ratio. In present time globalisation can influence to firm in both manner negative as well as
positive way due to help in and increase growth. As a result, it will reflect n the market and
increase competition in international market. Here in the project report consist ways through
which companies improve recruitment, training and selection of the employees to meet the
international requirement. Organization taken for assignment is Nestle which is a leading food
company and have their business in different nations and countries. In the project report decided
aims and objectives of selected topic is discussed as well as project management plan also
mentioned along with work break down structure and Gantt chart. Additionally, the research
based on the qualitative and quantitative research.
TASK 1
P1 Devise project's aim and objectives
It is very important to know about the project aims and objectives because in the lack of
awareness about the objectives it will become hard to complete the project. The assignment
mainly based on the globalisation which can show impact on selection, training of the
employees. So, it will be essential for employees to have proper knowledge as well as skills and
abilities to do work at international level. Since it has believed that a company which is having
more effective human resource management so it will provide help to get highly competitive
advantage.
Background Of research
The Globalisation connected to enlargement of the business at the world level. To
complete their purpose there is needed to higher skilled employees. Nestle is an international
food company who have their businesses in different countries all around the world. It was
established about 135 years ago. On the basis of globalisation, it is required to staff members
should have appropriate capabilities regarding to work. For this purpose, focus on job training
system, guidance and coaching (Basu, 2017).

Objectives – There are defined main objectives of respective research are mentioned as below:

changes. In the context to Nestle, seeks to make improvements in their recruitment, selection and
training ways. Thus, research team has made and suitable PMP plan which can provides a blue
print of whole activities that will be done in proper way. There are mainly consisting of some
main elements like scope, time, resource, risk, cost and communication for conduct a project as
described below:

Time – The particular part describe about the period of time for completing all activities
regarding to project in wanted manner. Therefore, in reference to researcher produce the
report about 7 - 8 weeks on the other hand to execute new HR practices.

structure. The particular structure has been divided into different types of activities into smaller
segments. There are consisting of project topic then expression of proper aims and objectives
after recognisable of all appropriate problems and more. It provides help to producing different
types of strategies to execute every activity in suitable manner (Smith, Merna and Jobling, 2014).
To complete project in effective manner provide roles and responsibilities to every team member
due to requirement of skills and abilities. In the presented project of Nestle where analysis the
changes in recruitment, selection and training procedure. The particular project has been divided
in following activities -

As per the work break down structure all the main activities regarding to project has been
divided into smaller segments. To proceed boost research in effective manner has been used by
researcher, Gantt chart technique in order to evaluate the necessity of time to complete of every
task. Here in, about 15 days are taken by researcher to presenting project title and 18 days need
to set specific aims and objectives regarding to project. Therefore, 20 days need to set
methodology for the research, 23 days is taken to collect data and 25 days in order to evaluating
the same. Furthermore, 18 days to end the project and concluding after that provide
recommendations in reference to find out specific problems. These processes will be taken
approx 32 weeks to overall complete of project activities (Larson and Gray, 2017).

The particular process can be defined as a process where are selecting a sample from a

techniques like systematic, simple random sampling and graded and clustering sampling can be
applied. As per the presented project researcher have used random sampling methods to be
