Managing of projects are defined as the practice of planning, executing
or closing the project in a systematic manner so that desired goals can
be achieved in a preset time period. Apart from that, recruitment and
selection are the methods which are used for hiring skilled and
knowledgeable candidates for the company so that better support
would be received in decision-making process. Two organisations are
taken in this assignment which are McLeod and partners and Tesco.

The company was established in 1919 by Jack Cohen.
Company also offers various grocery and merchandise products
across the world.
At present company is performing its duties in every nation therefore,
