It is very important foe a business unit is to maintain their business successfully in the
long time. There are various activities which required a time frame for completion in order to
attain their goals and objectives. If a firm can manage their operational activities, it can help to
provide long term profitability (Shattock,2010E). There are large number of investment required
in order to completion of the project successfully. Therefore, the business company required to
use various project management tools in order to manage their business in an appropriate
manner. it can help to create an ideal image of the company so that it can also leads to enhanced
the value as well. This is essential for a business unit that they have to achieve shareholder’s
goals and objectives.

system. It can overcome the pollution and create an ideal image of the company in the public.

company should provide wages and salary at proper time. This will helps in building

The various recommendations the social responsibility of the company includes
establishing technological base and maintains the plan of control to execute the activities
efficiently and effectively (Ness, 1992). Establishment of risk management system that will
concur other risk associated with the development n implement action of CSR program within
