INTRODUCTION

Owner- It involves those individuals who reside at the top position and undertake a
strategic decision to obtain growth and success within firm. Top management helps in
managing and controlling the actions of different departments such as marketing, sales,
administration and finance (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi, 2013).
HR director- It is the person who possess the authority to undertake recruitment and
selection process within ABC firm. They also involve different HR executives under
