like the political, economic, social, technological, environmental and the legal forces. There
exist various kinds of internal factors like the internal vision, expansion of the business along
with the changes in the in-house capability that would have an effect on the growth of ESS
Support Services LLP (Carnall 2018). The vision and the mission statements helps a
company in weighing the strategic plans that helps in the development of strategy of a
company. The business expansion exposes the products of a company to a broader audience

within the framework of the organization that have helped in bringing about the innovation in
the industry.
Kazakhstan have to face the problems in the political arena that has a negative effect
on the organization. Kazakhstan is greatly dependent on export of oil and the overdependence

of the diamonds. The people enjoy a good standard of living in the country that would have a
positive effect on the organization. The Vision of ESS Support Services LLP is strong and the
company delivers the solution to the clients which is valuable and suited for the long term.
ESS Support Services LLP employs around 509,000 people within 50 countries and the
expansion in the business have helped the company in increasing the number of customers.
The company works within the framework of the 40,000 locations that have provided the
impetus for growth of the company. ESS Support Services uses the digital POS system that
have helped in providing the customers with a superior experience. It have helped in
increasing the efficiency of the operations of the organization and it have provided essential
tools that have helped in co-ordinating different activities of company.

growth of the business. The global economic crunch would act as a threat for the hospitality
