Role of ethics and responsibility
On employment
Employers have a moral obligation to look out for the wellbeing of the employees
which is not only based on the fair pay or good working condition but also the co-workers
must also have a sound ethical consideration in decision making for the employees .
On disruption
On the verge of the technology driven disruption the employees work, govern and
implement the challenging areas they face currently. Hence the ethics and the responsibility
helps to create new jobs and by eliminating the other risks factor. It helps to create wealth and
remove in equity.
On communication
In order to improve the communication process it is important to go through the following
aspects. Like-
To advocate truthfulness.
To endorse the degree of freedom.
To promote communication access.
On team work
Ethics and responsibility looks to inject the following characteristics. These are as follows-

The steps to solve the ethical dilemma
For any company or organisation the main or general most important aspect is to
solve the ethical dilemma. Hence in order to get rid of the ethical dilemma there are six steps
to be followed. These are as under-
Not to lie. It’s immortal and could cause a bigger problem to cope up the original
situation.
Not to respond more quickly than it is needed. Sometimes the things does not work
out to the process and without the use of proper inputs the facts of the ground could
change.
To understand the legal, ethical and the other moral responsibilities and adhere to the
agreements need to be made.
Reach to the outside experts who can provide the person with ideas, advice and
insights.
Device the strategy based on the several facts, logic and sound advice.
To prepare proper and good communicative advices (Trevino & Nelson, 2016).
