INTRODUCTION
Classroom dynamics may be referred as the interaction between teachers and students in a
classroom community (Bion, 2018). The core aim for group dynamics is to create foster
environment in which students can feel comfortable and learning becomes easy for them. It helps
in cresting a healthy relationship between teacher and students. It keeps engagement of every
students in classrooms. This can be developed through a structured and systematic plan. It is
needed to provide as foster environment so that they can be motivated and becomes easier to
work. It defines the way in which students interact with each other. This project report will
cover principles and practice of managing classroom dynamics. In addition to that it will cover
how to manage group learning environments. Further it will cover understanding to manage
learning in groups to comply with requirements. At last it will cover how to assess with
classroom dynamics.
TASK
It is important for teachers to understand teaching and learning process and along with that
formulate effective strategies in order to make use of skills and knowledge in a right way. It will
help students learning well.
Characteristics of group environment which facilitates learning and development
Questions are more valued than answers – Good questions leads to learning and it is
