classroom community (Bion, 2018). The core aim for group dynamics is to create foster
environment in which students can feel comfortable and learning becomes easy for them. It helps
in cresting a healthy relationship between teacher and students. It keeps engagement of every
students in classrooms. This can be developed through a structured and systematic plan. It is
needed to provide as foster environment so that they can be motivated and becomes easier to
work. It defines the way in which students interact with each other. This project report will
cover principles and practice of managing classroom dynamics. In addition to that it will cover
how to manage group learning environments. Further it will cover understanding to manage
learning in groups to comply with requirements. At last it will cover how to assess with
classroom dynamics.

formulate effective strategies in order to make use of skills and knowledge in a right way. It will
help students learning well.

is important to find differences between class and students. By working together it helps in
boosting confidence and facilitates in boosting level of confidence. Collaboration helps in
showing ideas of individual which makes it more pordutive and efficient. By having a foster
environment, it helps in gaining knowledge and makes more efficient. It helps in improving
skills too as students are able to manage their time and tasks.
Importance of positive environment
 Flexibility -It is important that students should enjoy subjects and in which they have
keen interest in them. It helps in promoting positive learning environment. Students can
be more motivated and committed and apply themselves more readily to their studies. It
leads to better and more focused confident (Gupta, 2017)
 Sense of community – It enables in providing a student centred learning environment in
which teachers have high engagement with every member. It helps students in knowing
in which environment they feel safe. Small classes helps in promoting cooperation among
students by group study or work. It fosters a strong sense of shared values and purpose.
 Good rapport between student and teacher -It helps in maintaining a healthy relationship
among students and teachers. It provides with high level of engagement to excel in their
academics. It is needed to monitor academic progress and focus on weakness in order to
eliminate their weakness. It creates an intrinsic motivation so that they can work in an
effectively. By establishing healthy relationship among teachers and students helps in
creating foster environment in which students feel valuable part of group.

that they can understand concepts in a easier way. It is important to set standard targets

there are plenty of ways in order to better understand them. It can be done by observing

team members as they have clarity what role they have to perform. The main objective is
to avoid miscommunication and also helps in setting up of guidelines in order to resolve
any issue if arise.
 Foster culture -It is important to provide with foster work environment in order to make
comfortable team members so that they can work effectively. It helps in working
collaboratively with other peers so that they can improve their skills too. It facilitates in
providing and encouraging team members to share opinions and ideas without having any

taken by consent of all participants. It helps in encouraging communication among team,

members.

person's thinking and opinion might change overnight due to any reason. So it s important
to address minor issues before they become big ones as it is the key to maintaining team's

hesitate about technology so it becomes challenging them to opt digitalization. They
thinks they are not tech geeks and unable to adapt technology (Wolins, 2017).

lives in imaginary world. They do not want to take risk and not have interest to learn new
skill and take advantage of wonderful opportunities. They have fear of failure and afraid
to choose different way which will take them towards success. So it is important to
overcome from those barriers in order to get success in life. Learning mistakes are
inevitable and by taking risk may lead to opt for new opportunity.
 Lack of focus -There are many distractions by which learner cannot focus on his studies.
It is a major barrier in learning and it is important to overcome this barrier in order to get
opportunities. Social media plays an important role in making learner distracted from
studies and makes him low productive person. So it is important to make focus on
studies and avoid distraction sin order to attain personal and professional goals
(Fellnhofer, Puumalainen and Sjögrén, 2017)
 Lack of previous knowledge -It is important to learn basics so that learner cannot face
any challenge while studying project or while working on a project. So it is needed to
have good command over basics.
 Lack of purpose -Many learner do not have purpose of life and project. They tend to be
useless and it is important to know that training and skills makes personal and
professional life easier. If learner have purpose to work then he will put extra efforts in
order to fulfil purpose or reason.

case of new students it is important to formulate effective and flexible norms in order to

 Setting clear rules – School must formulate effective rules and regulations in order to
treat people in a right manner. It helps students in getting clarity how to treat other
students. In case of non compliance of these rules, punishment should be given. This
helps in creating foster environment in which students can be treated in right manner and
promotes equality.
 Challenging negative attitudes -The school management must keep an eye on behaviour
of students in order to ensure that no students is discriminated on the basis of caste and
religion or on race, gender and skills. The negative attitudes must not be tolerated.

on the basis of race and religion. This practice must be eliminated so as to provide

which no individual feels inferior or ashamed based on skin colour and disability. It will
provide a platform on which they can openly share their opinions without any fear and

comfortable with their tradition and culture. So it is needed to provide them with
multicultural themes in order to make them comfortable at school. They can easily adapt
things by having own culture and also facilitates in knowing about other students about
different culture.
 Using variety of teaching methods -Teacher must use different approaches and different
teaching methods in order to deliver effective session. It makes easy for students and
learn in a different and unique way. By this it makes easy to understand complex
concepts in a easier way.

 Understand current physical needs and plan accordingly -When children sends their
children to school, they have minimum expectation that their children will return in a
good condition. It s important and analyse current physical needs in order to minimise
risk of any mishappening. The school management must ensure that proper arrangements
are made for safety for students or not, what can be mitigated. It is needed to address risk
and according to that policies and procedures are to be made.
 Make practices and policies a part of school culture -Good culture and environment and
policies reflects positive indication of school management. The policies are formulated in
keeping safety of students in view. It is needed to keep policies and procedures fresh.
 Have a vision for psychological well being of students - Schools needs to understand that
it is important to keep vision of students well being so that safety can be provided within
time.

 Control access -It is important to keep data safe and secure and have limited control
access in order to keep it safe and secure. By having limited data control, only authorised
people have access which eliminates chance of data leak.

confidential information.
