creativity and productivity and enables capitalism continuously. With talent, absolutely
anything can be created by being anywhere in the whole world. Tolerance acts as economic
development. Tolerance also helps in both talent and technology. All three goes hand in hand
and also helps in knowing the world by being creative as well as doing what one loves.
Answer 3: Charles Handy in his book “Elephant and Flea” mentioned about the metaphor
Elephant which was referred to huge organizations which provided full time employment to
the employees and a set career. Preneur worked in top retail company for 12 years where he
learnt lot of new skills and developed a new talent and passion for work. He also became
member of the board in that company but left because of a disagreement. Later, with those
skills he learnt new techniques in retail industry. A company which needed help called him
for assistance as he had developed those new skills and later that company also offered him a
good position. Hence, Handy’s notion woks really well in any profession similar to Preneur.
