INTRODUCTION
CSR is the process that tell about the social responsibility of the company takes
responsibility and also takes initiatives to create a social and environmental well being of the
society that will help the company to create social changes in the society (Shattock, 2010). This
report is based on A.K. Holdings Ltd in which it tells how company is using CSR to make their
business successful and this will help in making better relationship with customers and it will

of business. The report is based on certain questions like what are the objectives of the this report

P1 Aims and objectives of project.
Topic: Execution of CSR activities in AK Holdings to maximise their revenues by enhancing

Background: AK Holdings is an chemical manufacturing company so they are having a huge
need to implement CSR activities to make their organisation ECO friendly. By implementing this
they can make a better image among the society. They are having a having large chemical and
carbonic waste which pollutes air and water.
Aims and objectives of project that is given in case study like contributing to economic
development, improving the quality of the workforce, develop sustainable practices of the
business that will help A.K. Holdings Ltd to develop and adopt sustainable practices of business
operations. It also helps in increasing number of stakeholders of the company and the strategic
benefits of the company and that will create a positive effect in the society and company will
also get benefits like increase in number of customers and so on (Eckerson, 2010). It also helps
in creating economic development of the company and hence CSR will help in creating the
business successful and hence there will be better production of the company and hence there
will be economic growth of the economy that will help in creating more benefits to the company
like there will be increase in technology and hence there will be more resources in the company
and it will also generate social changes in the economy and it will help in generating more
customers that will create more profit to the company. As It will create philanthropy and ethical
responsibilities of the company and hence it will help in creating the proper business operations
and by this process there will be better relationship building between the customers as well as the
company and hence it will generate better economic growth of the company and their operations.

because questionnaire and surveys has to be done under this project. Analysis process has to be
done by experts so it has a need to pay their fee which is also a cost for this project (Mathur,
